The PHCA is an all-volunteer organization. While your dues cover the expense of communications, events, secutiry patrol etc. What we can accomplish is constrained by the number of volunteers. The good news is that the PHCA has enjoyed a wealth of wonderful volunteers willing to give their time and talent to improve the functioning of our neighborhood.

But these folks cannot do it alone. We are in constant need of new neighbors willing to help out, whether they have only a little or a lot of time they can devote. Please Contact Us and we will be happy to discuss how you might contribute to our efforts.
