BeltLine Engagement Sessions

The BeltLine is updating their master plan, including Subarea 6, which includes the portion running through Piedmont Heights. 

Parts of their draft reflect the Piedmont Heights Master Plan from 2015, while other parts drastically increase the number of residents in our area – including their support for 10+ story residential complexes.

ATLDOT has selected a contractor for the rebuild on Cheshire Bridge. They anticipate completion by October 31 – fingers crossed! More info.

Former Councilmember Ide gifted PHCA with funds for improving the intersection at Montgomery Ferry & Piedmont. Planning is in progress, with improvements to begin hopefully next spring or summer.

With help from Heritage Prep School, PHCA volunteers will be moving the speed signal device from Rock Springs Rd. to Montgomery Ferry. Coming soon!

Help Reduce Crime in ATL

Consider registering your residential or business video cameras/security cameras with APD. Perfect if you have a Ring doorbell, Arlo camera, etc. Online registration of your camera does NOT allow APD to view a live feed, nor will it give them automatic access of your video footage.
