NPU-F Updates

From Wednesday's NPU-F meeting, here's how the two votes most relevant to PiHi progressed:

  • Copper Cove: More neighbors voted to deny both applications (inside the property and the outdoor patio) for an alcohol license. It now moves to the License Review Board; however, no legal reasons were cited to accompany the vote to deny. Read more about Copper Cove's plans from WhatNow AtlantaTBD on the final outcome.

  • Concrete Yard on Monroe: Neighbors voted 18 to 2 to deny this special permit application for this short-term rental home. The application moves forward to the Board of Zoning Adjustment at the City. TBD on the final outcome.

Meet PiHi's BeltLine Poet

Have you read The BeltLine Chronicles, by PiHi's poet Robert Barsky?

The poem centers around a Lord Byron-inspired poet named George who wanders the BeltLine and tells stories based on what he experiences.

The BeltLine Chronicles is online and connected by QR codes on the Atlanta BeltLine signs, with excerpts mounted in four areas, including at the Monroe and 10th Eastside Trail entrance and before Ponce City Market.

Learn more about The BeltLine Chronicles and meet the author this Saturday, Sept. 23, at Constellations, 135 Auburn Ave., from 4-6 p.m.

As a longtime neighbor, Kristen Pollock has had the opportunity to help families in our community find their perfect home – whether they are first-time buyers, downsizing, or upsizing to a space that better fits their needs.

"I understand that making a move can be stressful, and my goal in every transaction is to be present for my clients and to break down the process and make things as easy and seamless as possible all while helping them to achieve the greatest value from their home."

If making a move is one of your goals for the future, reach out so that we can make a plan together. @kristenpollockatl  |  kristenpollock.com
