2022 PHCA Cultivating Sponsor

As a longtime neighbor, Kristen Pollock has had the opportunity to help families in our community find their perfect home – whether they are first-time buyers, downsizing, or upsizing to a space that better fits their needs.

"I understand that making a move can be stressful, and my goal in every transaction is to be present for my clients and to break down the process and make things as easy and seamless as possible all while helping them to achieve the greatest value from their home."

If making a move is one of your goals for 2022, reach out so that we can make a plan together. @kristenpollockatl  |  kristenpollock.com

Updates from District 6

Our City Council Representative Alex Wan has been busy! Check out his latest newsletter where he talks about his work with Atlanta's Alcohol Technical Advisory Group (ATAG) III, a body composed of community and industry representatives to review the city's alcohol license processes and laws and make recommendations for improvements reform.

At the March meeting, Alex was appointed Chair and Kay Stephenson from NPU-F was appointed Vice-Chair to facilitate the group. We are setting an ambitious calendar for the next twelve months to cover alcohol permit application intake and review, the License Review Board process, support for neighborhood review, penalties and revocations, to name a few.

Help Reduce Crime in ATL

You can now register your residential or business video cameras/security cameras with APD. Perfect if you have a Ring doorbell, Arlo camera, etc.

Online registration of your camera does NOT allow APD to view a live feed, nor will it give them automatic access of your video footage.

Online registration helps APD create a network of camera owners to whom they can push out requests for video when there's a specific geographical area of interest. The request will have the info they are looking for, as well as a link for the camera owner to upload videos. Getting evidence faster obviously makes identifying potential suspects more efficient.
