Asbestos abatement is in progress at our favorite community eyesore! And, the demolition permit awaits approval from City of Atlanta, which recently issued a court order for the demolition. Special thanks to Fairfield Residential, the company set to acquire this property in late summer or early fall. They continue to be a community partner, working with our neighborhood as they refine their plans to redevelop this site into new luxury apartments. |
